FAQ: first wax For best results, allow your hair to grow to at least 1/4 inch long - about the length of a grain of rice. This is typically around 2-3 weeks of growth. Gently exfoliate the area 24-48 hours before your waxing appointment, and avoid lotions, oils, or heavy skincare products on the day of your service. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the service price. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. As a small business, we value your time as much as we value ours. Thank you for understanding and respecting our cancellation policy.
